MY VISION

My vision is very simple: I consider movement to be an integral part of our being,

which is why, when I talk about movement for health, I consider it a fundamental element in achieving a person's psycho-physical balance.

It is scientifically proven that aerobic activity performed for 150 minutes a week improves health and reduces the risk of cardiovascular and other diseases;

it is also true that if we move in a way that best coincides with our lifestyle and makes us enjoy ourselves, the benefits also improve our mental state.

Therefore, I want to help you find the ways and times of exercise that best suit your needs and lifestyle.
